For prices and selection there is no equal. And while I'm sure they intend to provide the best service possible, that's tough when nobody ever picks up the phone or replies to an email. If the service was a little better they would deserve 5 stars all day long. Still, great prices and selection...

I ordered and paid for merchandise on…

I ordered and paid for merchandise on 6/30/19. Today is 8/21 and I haven’t received my merchandise nor a return email as I have sent 3 to them. Tackle Direct has been good to me in the past, what’s going on now? I call the number and stay on hold for 20 minutes and finally hang up. Somebody please help me with my order!!!!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, still pending

Ordered items (available) on August 2, 2019. After several messages (email, chat, paypal) sent without a single response i still got nothing. When i go to 'View Account' > 'Order' on the web site, only one item is displayed.

The only reason I'm rating 2 stars is that I did receive the 2 items I ordered. But, before they were shipped I sent 2 emails canceling the order. Never got a response. Last week the items I ordered arrived and I immediately sent them a email requesting to return the items. They have not responded to my emails and when I call phone numbers found on the invoice for the items I get a recording that the numbers are not valid. My order Reference #: 001165489.

!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE !!!

I had made an online order from tackledirect.com for over $1500 and I received shipment only worth $1000. All my balance items that was worth $550 have not been shipped, or shipped they shipped it elsewhere! (All these items were in stock and too). I have been frantically trying to get in touch with Tackledirect since almost the last 35days with literally hundreds of phone calls to their toll free and multiple emails. But there has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from their end. It has been over a month and my orders haven't been delivered to me. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service support and their irresponsible behaviour. !!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE !!! - Arjun

got my products on time. out of stock items were a bit longer than expected but follow up inquires where responded in 24 to 48 hours.price match on items purchased if was posted as price matched.

Tackle Direct was very easy to work…

Tackle Direct was very easy to work with. Fair prices, good phone support. I had an initial issue that they quickly resolved. Would recommend using them and I will do so again.

Poor customer service

Ordered a few things and they came quickly... except the shipment was missing a fishing rod and leader. Sent an email... Sat on hold for a HOUR... still nothing. I figured since the email from the CEO that things would be handled more professionally and maybe an increase in customer service hours.. clearly my thoughts were foolish.
