Exceptional service

Overall a great experience offering me a great service to find the best mortgage out there! Sam and Tianna helped every step of the way start to finish ....even when I checked the mortgage rate had gone down, they got me the new rate from my supplier!

Straightforward, efficient service

Currently dealing with James Berry for the second time in less than 12 months, and can genuinely say that what is expected to be a stressful experience, has been completely effortless. James is knowledgeable, efficient and his communication throughout has been second to none. He kept me completely at ease and explained all the best options I had available to me, sometimes repeatedly when I was unsure about the situation. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else in future, and would happily recommend James to friends and family undergoing the same process! Additionally, the team who have supported my application has been fantastic, namely Michelle Talbot and Peter Wallis. All information has been clear, concise and all requests have been dealt with in such a timely manner. Genuinely so simple to deal with.

Left with a shortfall in funds …

Left with a shortfall in funds and a 2.5k bill due to them missing figures. Was then told it was the solicitors fault and just unfortunate. Also told solicitors free (included in their fee) only to get hidden charges. Please don't waste your time or money
