I brought in a ring to be enlarged and didn’t hear anything for some weeks. I went in to the shop and it was ready. I would have appreciated a call to let me know my ring was ready to be collected.

Both the young girl who served me and facilitated my requests and Nick Dracakis , who advised me on design work , were helpful , friendly and extremely professional. I was very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Dracakis Jewellers and in fact have done so .

Peter arranged for the reset of a family diamond for our daughter into a halo setting she had chosen. It is perfect and we are all extremely happy.

Repair was great, time to do and get it back was extended (too long). When I went back for a fourth time to enquire about my repairs, I was told it had been ready for two weeks and they had the wrong number...I checked the number on their docket which was correct and readable, but the young girl read it incorrectly. She gave up and they just waited til I got anxious again and went in to ask about it! I went to the store a total of 4 times to enquire about my repairs, and each time it took a number of minutes to locate the job and tell me the progress. Needless to say that I was unhappy about the service.

Dracakis recently rebuilt the most beautiful diamond ring in white gold for me. My girlfriend has some really lovely pieces of jewellery, but this is her favourite. She doesn't take it off and won't stop looking at it. It's perfect. Thank you guys.
