I took my engagement ring to Drakakis for help with a faulty setting. Although the original ring did not come through Drakakis, I was treated like a valued customer right from the start. The ring was reset beautifully, with excellent workmanship. They delivered the finished product on time and as promised. I would like to have another ring made in the future and I will be returning to Drakakis.

This was in contrast to the other jewellers who required a third party to provide pricing and encroached on our limited timeframe. Nick made our experience enjoyable and the team provided a fantastic eternity ring within our timeframe. We were very happy with the price and professional service we received.
