One week on and still not received anything. I have ordered from this company before and they were slow then but this time they’re even slower and on tracking the order, they haven’t even despatched it. Just says unfulfilled. Why???? They shouldn’t take the money if they don’t have the items in stock and they should also tell you at the point of ordering. No notification giving a reason for the delay despite having taken payment.

Unfortunately these products were just not for me. I emailed the company and they responded within hours to say a refund was being processed to my credit card which should take a few days. Within a couple of hours the refund was complete. Although the products didn’t suit me, the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

3 weeks and still nothing has arrived. No communication to say there was a delay but they seem happy to take my money! If you’re thinking of ordering, don’t, it’s not worth the stress of not knowing if they’re a scam and you’ll ever see your money back. I do not believe the reviews at all. Disappointed. Edit: customer service team only responded after I submitted this review and only to tell me there is another 1/2 weeks delay.

Excellent product

Not happy at all. Ordered 28th Jan and emailed them on 7th Feb but no reply and no update on my order iY71602uk. I really would like to know when can I expect to receive my product?

6days later after posting this, no response to my emails and sent more. I’ve requested a refund and had no response or refund. Avoid this company, taking it to trading standards now and my bank Not happy at all. Ordered 27th Jan and tried emailing, calling nothing and still not moved for delivery. What is going on and when can I expect to receive my product?

Love the products from Ayurveda. I’ve used body oil, hair and scalp oil, eye butter and no make up oil for combination skin. All excellent and have changed my skin so much. Thank you Ayurveda 💞

I spent £201 on products I really wanted - I have waited over 3 weeks now and no order - the company has refunded me but to be fair I wanted the products and there is obviously a problem with orders

I placed an order of more then £100 on the 18th January and a week after my products still weren't shipped. I wrote an email, replying to my order confirmation, and the next day I got a reply saying that the carrier had some technical issues and have been offered a refund. I really wanted the products so I said I was happy to wait. One more week passed and still no shipment, which tempted me to ask for that refund, but I held back and the next day I got the email saying my order has been shipped. It arrived in 4 days and it felt like Christmas! I ordered the Bissful Bestsellers Bundle and the Blavana face pommade and got for free a mini Yauvari Youth Spring. They came beautifully packed in elegant cardboard tubes and after trying the face pommade, night serum and eye emulsion I can say I'm really pleased with them! They feel good on my face and my skin feels smooth, firm and happy. I have to admit I was a bit worried when they didn't ship my order for so long but I think I'll be ordering again.

I had to return my products and was delighted that my email was responded to immediately. I was happily surprised that they began the refund process immediately. I rate Ayurveda 💯 Thank you
