I LOVE this product. My skin is firmer, especially around knees, under arms, butt, tummy and thighs, HUGE RESULT!!!! I can’t believe how soft my skin is. Definitely will not be changing from this product.

I ordered eye cream, for which was paid for that day. After 15 days I have heard nothing & found it has not even been sent. Once I got in touch I was told possibly 2/3 weeks as it was out of stock. But they had my money & no doubt other customers - bad practice in my book

Absolute shambles, the reviews must be suspect as after placing an order in Jan I have still not received any product. When I chased I was sent an auto generated email stating the products will be out of stock for 1-2 weeks, when this time frame came I was told it would be no more than a few days. When that day arrived (today) I was then sent another auto generated email stating that stock was due in 1-2 weeks. I would really like to try the product but don’t see how they can keep buyers hanging around like this. Seriously just be honest from the moment of purchase and I’d have probably been ok with it. But it now feels suspect so I have asked for a refund. I only gave 2 stars as they did respond to my emails quite quickly.

I am 70 years old and tried the Kesaradi face oil from The Ayurvedic Experience for the first time last month. Since then I have had so many compliments on how well I look. I have ordered more products from them. I contacted the company recently and they replied within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.

I recently placed an order that didn't arrive or even show as shipped. I was quite annoyed, but after a few attempts, I did hear back from customer service. There had been a few issues with the carrier and back order problems. I was offered a full refund and the money was back in my account within a day or two. I am still very disappointed that I won't get to try the products just yet, but I am happy with the refund and will try and order again at another point. To people concerned this may be a scam, it's not, I just think the company is overloaded with orders right now.

Great products and free gift. Noticed a difference in my eye area after a week. People said I looked rested. I noticed a firming to the skin on my eye socket and lids.

I placed my order before Christmas and still haven't received it. I have ordered from them before and tge products are really great. But now I have had no reply to my email and I don't know what the hold up is. Update: I had the usual automated response from them that everyone else has had. No I have not received an email from customer service. How could I have had when I didn't share my order number or any details about me?

Placed and paid for order #iY69966uk on 20th January and its still showing on tracking as not shipped 11 days later! Emailed AND sent message on Insta and Facebook and have had no reply.
