My order fell thru the cracks for a little while. That's ok I am going thru a home renovation and I did not need the speakers right away. I had some technical questions and Gunner was very responsive and patient with me.

Thomas (sales) was most attentive and helpful with info down to the last detail. I made an order change in the middle of the process, and Thomas facilitated it without a hitch. My Monitor 8's seem a fine fit-even my wife is good with the size of them! Even the packing materials and layout for speakers and stands showed extreme and careful planning. Arendal seems a fine company with great attention to detail, and concern for their customers. Very pleasant!

I don't iunderstand why the oONLY invoice that I see from you, says that I only ordered ONE speaker, when I paid for two speakers, didn't i? I am very confused.
