All in all Great service and support but sometimes a little difficult in mail conversations when many people coming in and out in the conversation thread.

Conducting business with an entity thousands of miles from home that only has an online presence adds an element of uncertainty, especially when the value of the transaction is unusually large. Arendal's communications have been prompt, courteous and thoughtful which I found very reassuring. Given time differences, it has been helpful to receive a response that informs me my message has been received and will be responded to when staff returns to work.
