Excellent support, but inadequate shipping
I received excellent advice on the chat prior to my purchase. And excellent follow-up support when I discovered that my 1723 Tower speakers had both been damaged during shipping. But the speakers *were* both damaged, which suggests that their packaging isn't as secure as is needed for these very heavy products. In the end, five-star service requires delivery of undamaged products.
Great speakers that continue to amaze.
The ordering process was seamless and the delivery was fast. When ordering, I felt assured knowing that I could audition the speakers without risk. These are keepers.
Best Warranty & Customer Support
On Sunday I reported a defect, on Tuesday already received the spare part by express. Failures and defects happen, but when the support and warranty processing is so efficient and customer-oriented, there is no time for frustration. Other companies are welcome to take the Arendal support as a model!
