Customer service was great. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I literally said to my wife..." finally a company that is bringing back real customer service! " They give you a lot of insight and suggestions.

My experience of Arendal’s service have been second to none. After unfortunately having to return my 1961 Sub1V I had no problems whatsoever with shipping, refund etc. Truly outstanding company regarding service but also their products.

Setup a dedicated room with 1961 speakers + subs and it sounds incredible, both for movies and music!

Quality of service is the main factor that makes me keep buying Arendal even when there are cheaper, closer options in the 'States. Every time I've reached out with a question they have been so responsive and willing to discuss at length, without trying to push a product on me.
