Recently upgraded to the 1723 thx and the sound is superb. I now need a larger av receiver so I can turn them up louder.

Placed the order for the 1723 S THX towers, they came within a week. I can't begin to tell you how happy i am with the sound from these things. The room is 6.5m long and 5m wide, these just fill the room completely. The bass responses leaves me debating the need for a subwoofer i already have. They are clear, fast, deep, built like a couple of tanks and give a huge sound stage. The ear trickery going on in the room is mind bending. The dogs are left very confused to where the sound is coming from. Highly recommend these if anyone is on the fence. The value for money is outstanding. The wife is less pleased at the moment, but i am sure she will come around! They look great stood either side of the fireplace.
