I contacted support with questions about shipping and technical questions on best sub fit. All inquiries were answered promptly with informative replies.

I had a little hiccup with the shipping of the item this time around, but I was never ghosted by the staff, they mostly kept me up to date with what was happening, and eventually item was shipped and was on way. I was a little miffed at first as I am not super patient especially after spending so much, but this customer service is legendary. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
