I had a little hiccup with the shipping of the item this time around, but I was never ghosted by the staff, they mostly kept me up to date with what was happening, and eventually item was shipped and was on way. I was a little miffed at first as I am not super patient especially after spending so much, but this customer service is legendary. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Arendal honors their policies
Received one speaker with slight damage and was immediately offered several generous options. After auditioning the speakers, decided to return them and customer support was fantastic with that as well.
