The speakers came well packaged, customer service was helpful when I asked questions. The speakers need a little time to break in, but its starting to sound really good. The reason i gave it 4 stars is because of some missing washers in the speaker feet assembly. This was an order from the outlet, Arendal could of done a better job making sure al the small parts in the feet assembly were fully accounted for before sending me the speakers.

I purchased the sub 2V, the process in front of Arendal's customer service It was excellent, from the stage of finding out about the costs (no surprises along the way), the consultation and the questions. The subwoofer replaced a dual SVS SB3000 that did a nice job in a relatively large space, about 50 square meters. There was a fear of switching to one sub, but within a few days the fear was dispelled...and in a big way :) The 2V hits lower and stronger than the two SB3000 and this with a cleaner bass with less reverberations, better bass Made the whole system sound better. At least up to this point I have nothing bad to say about the product, I definitely recommend it.

Useful and timely answers to my emails. Was not aware before of the 60-day audition period with free returns for US customers. Probably what is missing is a white paper detailing all your offers in specific conditions (I know, not an easy task) to guide my choice in the best suited speaker offer among the Arendal lineup and some specific configurations with amplifiers that you may have tested in your labs for various uses (examples: music or Home Theater, with or without subwoofer(s), with different amplifiers.
