Bought a Arendal sub 1 used
Bought a Arendal sub 1 used, but still in warranty. Got a problem with the amplifier and contacted Arendal support. They really live up to their promises, excellent customer support with great follow up during the process.

Customer service that I have heard did NOT happen for me . There was so much wrong going on it would take an hour so I'll try to be as short as possible. First I ordered 1723 thx towers . They said it would take 3 days . So checked back they seen nothing . I checked back everyday for a week nothing . Call my bank money has been send and still nothing . Talk to personnel at arendal and got the run around . Was told by many at arendal they are working on it . Still got not call or email that it has been found . Sent fed # and ref # . Then was told arendal changed according # . Said they would work on it till it get fix . 1 day later they did nothing no effort at all . Took me 33 min call both there banks and they found it . I want and had friend that do reviews coming to check them out . So I see that as very poor customer service not only that it is very close to theft . 1) I gave my money RIGHT . I did not get them right . 2) had I not asked for my money back would you have just sent it . Cause I know on the 8th of Feb it was in your bank . 3 had they done what they said at any time in 3 weeks we would not be here . Also am I to feel like an important customer after you said sorry or to believe your word again . You have not made one effort to make this right at all . I feel as I have acted as it was very important to me . I think you have shown that I mean nothing , my 4,000 and my business means nothing!
