I have had several experiences with Arendal customer support and they have all been exceptional. All the reps I have talked to have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about what is best for my needs!

Absolutely top-notch, superb customer service from JULES and KRISTOFFER starting with the first communication. Dedicated and understanding, they worked to resolve some initial glitches with the 1723 S THX TOWERS. They were clearly committed to excellence and worked diligently to get everything done to perfection. And they both succeeded!!!

Great customer experience
Great customer experience. Had an issue with shipping (Pre-processing), called but did not get an answer. I then sent an email. The following morning, I received an email and was able to correct my error. They then reached out to me on another email stating one of the items was out of stock, so they provided me with another option. A few hours later I received a call because of my original phone call even though I did not leave a message. Great follow up, great customer care
Outstanding support of the Arendal Sound team
The support of the team is always outstanding. In this specific case it took quite long to receive the spareparts because of non availability. Therefore only 4 stars. However there is no other company that can compete with the personal comittment of the whole Arendalsound team. This is really outstanding and very appreciated.
