Excellent communication, fast shipping, and speakers arrived in well packed. The sound quality is an entirely different review but they were very clean, neutral, and had strong, clean bass. Mids were very present but without fatigue or sibilants. Very, very strong contender in its price range.

Something happened with shipping such that I got two tracking IDs with one of them being cancelled. So I went online after work hours and their chatbot was able to take my information that I was worried that not all my items would be sent. Later that night, I got an email from a rep that cleared up the situation where the shipping company wanted to ship in two packages but Arendal told them to ship them all on a palette. Easy.

It was a pleasure, from the advice to various technical questions to the kindness. And the speakers are of very good quality and enchanted by the sound they produce.

I recently purchased a pair of Arendal 1723 Tower THX speakers and a pair of 1723 Monitor THX! Fast shipping,well packaged and the products look and sound amazing! The customer service is very responsive and very helpful!! My future plans include replacing my centre channel with a 1723 centre THX. My only problem was with DHL because it seems they don't care if the speakers arrive safely to the customers. 2 of the boxes were damaged and i told them that i wanted to comment the damages and they said there was nowhere i could do that. It turned out that one of the Towers was scratched on its side and if it wasn't well packaged the damage would have been much more. I addressed the problem to Arendal and they offered me to return the speaker for replacement or get a discount.Kudos to Arendal for that!!! Now i'm waiting for the refund.

Great sounding speakers, I had high hopes and they do sound wonderful after break in! They really loosened up after a bit. I took away one star because of the website (using iPhone) purchase being clumsy and irritating. I plan on enjoying these for a long time so it should be a minor irritation; however this is a speaker manufacturer not the pentagon. Security does not need to be so tight.

Product was shipped very nicely. Ordering experience was good. The speaker themselves are phenomenal. Love the size of 1961s. Hope you guys have something that will replace them instead of discontinuing them altogether. Really wish I could buy the 1961 center. Will continue to buy from Arendal, getting a center next then a couple subs. Highly recommended for sound and quality of product.
