All at Arendal are great at their job! You'll get great support and also great products!

I always get prompt responses to my questions, often responses that point out things that I am overlooking. I even get follow-up emails making sure I got the responses, which are personal and friendly. All this despite the time-zone difference, which I thought (incorrectly, thankfulky) would cause large lags in getting responses. Arendal has an A game when it comes to customer service.

I made contact through email and my request was followed through promptly and without issue.

The product is top quality as expected. But what makes Arendal really special is the customer service.

Beautiful looking speakers, I haven't hooked them up yet but I cant wait to try them out. If they sound half as good as they look then I will be impressed.
