Extremely good customer support. Product is also really good for the price. Couldn't be happier. The speakers have great value and can be used for both HT and music. However I do like some other speakers more for music, but they're all quite a lot more expensive. For this price point arendal bookshelves are my favourite so far. The subwoofer that I have is really the best I've heard in this size.
