Totally Useless, Inept & Completely Brain Dead

On switching to them, gave them my bank details for the direct debit. When the first payment didn't go through I told them. Said they'd set it up. That didn't happen. Failed four times. No one checked that my address they inputted wasn't incorrect. Also received an email from them the other day stating my direct debit needed to increase. First of all they can't set up the direct debit correctly, secondly they want to change the amount to more than double my monthly usage in the winter, were in the spring/summer months everyone's usage goes down. Especially my two bedroom Terrace House equipping with 14 Solar Panels facing Due South at an angle of 0° meaning the sun passers direct over the top of the house. The moment the sun rises, I'm generating electricity right up to the point the sun sets. No wonder they have ceases trading!!!

Great staff but problem in the meter reading mechanism

There was a mistake in the meter reading while the property was vacant, and I landed with an over £700 energy bill. It took me a long time to investigate and clarify before we got a correct energy bill of less than £20. There is room for improvement in its meter reading mechanism and dispute resolution process. I appreciate the effort of its staff, Caitlin and Chasity, especially Chasity, who did a great job to help me resolve the matter in the most satisfactory way.

Very good experience.

So far uptill now I had issue only once which was resolved by team so swiftly. Rebel app needs to upgrade and rest staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with rebel energy, called in to verify my bill and it was cancelled because it was an estimated bill, the customer service was great and attentive to my plight and questions, gradually lead m to understand and fixed a reasonable direct debit, it was a wonderful time and experience.

Helpfullness of Jaydrin - a most excellent outcome

Jaydrin was most helpful, was responsive and completely understood my questions and was able to correct the deficiencies with my account and able to demonstrate the correct balances. He was most polite and left me with a great feeling of Rebel Energy.
