Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Their customer support is worst, i never seen a company like this, it’s worst worst worst company. They put me in hard situation. They charged me wrong gas meter for whole year and now they don’t refund me back my money, every time i contacted with them they saying we will refund you but it’s been 2months now still they have my money. Please don’t use there services it’s my advice to everyone. I don’t want anyone else go through worst time with them. Worst energy company ever.

Unlawful switching to their grid and NO accountability for the lack of identity checks

Beware. Rebel Energy will get a request from ANYONE to switch you to their supply and they won't EVER bother to check your identity. BUT they will suddenly request proof from you when you try and revers this mess. On top of that - they won't admit that they don't have identity checks in place and will blame anyone, just not themselves. They did such a through check of my identity, that the letter I got under my address was for the "Occupier". Makes you wonder that if I applied for a switch and told them I live at Buckingham Palace, they would go ahead with the switch as well? What a bunch of morons runs this company. If you want your personal data being handled in a safe and sensible way - stay away from Rebel. Update: following the ridiculous response from Rebel - if the accidents do happen - what process you have in place to prevent them and check you are moving the right person? I’m all ears. I also reported you to Ombudsman for your lack of proper procedures in place
