Polite but utterly clueless

I have been attempting to sort my gas meter issue for weeks and weeks now and it is still not resolved. I’ve spoken to countless amount of people who have all told me different things. Although the team are always polite, they seem absolutely clueless on how to help solve this issue. I don’t know why it’s so difficult. All I want to do is pay for my gas and electric. Absolute nightmare.

Horrible customer service and company policy to scam you.

Highly do not recommend. If you don’t want to pay money after you paid everything and asked to close your account - AVOID THIS GUYS. I moved in new house 7 months ago. I paid all bills from rebel energy. I asked to close my account several times. And now I still can login and see that they charging me for nothing. It’s just RIDICULOUS!!! I asked again to close my account and I’ve got a response saying “pay your bill” which I paid to the zero three times already!!!! First two months after contract you won’t be able to login. Then you won’t see any bills for a few months. And you will never see your usage in their app.

Five star communicators

Transferred to Ebico signature (Rebel Energy) just before 🎄 Xmas 24 the transfer was so smooth especially with the help of having a smart meter from my previous company. Although there were a few problems with setting up a direct debit the communication both by email and customer service telephone was excellent. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble with friendly explanations! I love the mission and ethos of this company "doing their best for the smaller user" as their standing charges are the lowest on the market... just right for me well done Rebel! .

A very seamless switch to Rebel Energy
