I would avoid rebel energy like the plague.Either the training is crap or just rude manners by customer service staff. Had direct debit set up, and Rebel was taking payment from the account. We have since moved to another supplier. It turns out Rebel wasnt taking full payment. My other half tried to sort out payment option. And Rebel started with intimation and bullying.

Had an issue with my account. It was promptly dealt with and I was reassured it was a communications issue by mistake and that I had payed, y final bill and wasn't getting double charged
