Avoid Rebel Energy - Lacks Basic Service
I signed up with Rebel Energy on 10/01/2025 and have been unable to access my online account since day one. Their own customer service team admitted that this issue is affecting all customers and that there is no timeline for when it will be fixed. Despite this clear failure to provide basic account access—a key part of managing energy usage and submitting meter readings—Rebel Energy is refusing to waive the exit fee when I requested to leave. They expect customers to continue paying while offering an incomplete service with no resolution in sight. This is completely unacceptable, and their unwillingness to acknowledge the issue or make any reasonable accommodations shows a lack of customer care. I have now escalated my complaint and would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
