Went into the shop for a preliminary discussion on what I wanted. Was given the information I needed to take home to my family and then was able to book it over the phone with the same consultant without having to make another journey to the shop. Couldn't be happier with the service.

staff helped sort out my cruise i messed them about because i booked mine then my sister in law rang and asked to be booked on the same cruise not a problem for the staff. left the travel agents had a call for another family member wanted to go on the same cruise went back in the first agent was busy so another agent took over paired up the booking without a problem great team work
