The person I spoke to (Denzel Haris) was very patient and polite and gave me accurate information and helped me purchase my ticket. Because of him, I will definitely come back to travel house for other tickets purchase.

Avoid - They just take your deposit and don't secure anything. Had a horrible experience - Bill hung up the call and staff generally evasive once you have parted with your money to them. Please avoid!!

Absolutely recommend Kelly at Travel House. She took all the hassle away from booking our holiday and found us the perfect destination. Nothing was too much trouble, she looked at SO many places for us until we made a decision. Has ultimate patience 🤣 already looking at booking the next one with her!

We wanted to go to on a holiday at short notice & the rep in Travel House was very helpful to find us the prefect holiday. The Hotel Uvala in Lapad Croatia was perfect, very relaxing and the excursion the rep booked for us was also amazing. Got to give a huge credit to the TUI Rep "Mario Sopa" who looked after us with advice & any queries we had especially for my wife who required gluten free food. I would recommend this holiday.

We visited the travel house Cwmbran office and was helped by craig,we had a destination in mind and also a price off line,craig went above and beyond to help us secure our booking, the hotel chosen was faultless ‘the medplaya calypso’and appreciated his professional advice,keep up the good work.
