Order not arrived
I have been waiting for over two months to get my order from AYPH. I have had replies from technical issues and my order will be sent in a couple of days. I am hoping my last complaint will work.
No refund, No delivery of item
Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, had to chase them myself no updates. Was then told days later it would be another 2 weeks to dispatch. Replied to get a refund and was told the order would be dispatched in a few days or I could have a refund. Asked for the refund and have never heard anything since. No delivery, no refund, no replies to my emails since asking about what is going on. Awful company to deal with would steer well clear.

Very disappointing I placed an order on 1st April and have still not received it (now 14th May). I have emailed almost daily for an update and tried the online chat to locate my order. They replied once with a date that has been and gone, now all emails are ignored. There is no direct phone number to call for online order help. Very disappointing and will never use again.
Ordered product 13th January
Ordered product 13th January. Money taken from my account then. Product (eye drops for ongoing condition) 2-5 day delivery. Order still being processed - end Jan Phone line has automated messaged not taking calls Chat assistant says everyone is currently offline. After a refund if they can't meet provision of goods as per payment. Not a good experience. May 2024 update - no product, no refund. Concerning if this is widespread experience. At worse abhorrent and shameful if others have experienced this, will purchasing medicine or medical products urgently needed for their/familes health and well-being. Recommend also reading Trust Pilot reviews for: ayphealthcare.co.uk and reviews on Google maps. Would be zero star- don’t even think about buying from these jokers !….been waiting for weeks- now asking for refund for last 2 weeks and no response.

The one star is given reluctantly and only because I have no option as I wanted to write a review. This company is extremely poor in all respects, but especially in communication. I received an apologetic letter citing heavy demand and a backlog but still promising delivery that never happened and thanking me for my understanding which I never gave. I also asked for a refund twice, but nothing - and the weeks passed by. In the meantime I ordered and received the goods within 4 days from The Independent Pharmacy (from whom I will order in future) which I should have done in the first place. Of course, now I'm not surprised that AYP Healthcare does not offer Paypal as a payment option because they would lose a lot of money through Paypal's brilliant refund policy. Instead I have requested a charge-back on my Visa card and am waiting to see if that is successful. I would advise others to shop elsewhere. Update: Visa did indeed refund my money in full, so worth contacting your bank
4 week wait
Order was supposed to be around 3 working days but in fact was a whole month. Had a message from them saying a new computer system had failed, but i asked if they could at least refund the delivery cost. Had ordered 3 bottles of eye drops, but the delay meant i ran out and had to go to the high street and buy a bottle (£12 so not cheap). I now have 4 bottles!

Delivery took over a month with no update to explain why/what the delay was. Despite trying to contact AYP by email and telephone to find out where my order was and as my account was debited on the date my order was placed, I had no option other than to raise this as a non receipt item which my credit card provider. I would not order from this company again.
AYP Healthcare BEWARE
In January 24, I placed an order for delivery. I am still waiting. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them the only channel is to use the zendesk. This just sends the same computer response "sorry you delivery will be 2 to 4 days" Now over 3 months later I'm still waiting. Absolutely disgusting service. I would never use this company again. No ability to get refund or order, just caught in a loop. Money taken, no product. BEWARE.
I ordered and paid for items on March…
I ordered and paid for items on March 15th. I still haven't received them and apart from an initial message to say they had issues with dispensing the items, they have not replied to any of my messages. No phone number that I can see. I seem to be talking to dead air. Not what I would expect from a pharmacy company that should be trusted to take care of sick customers. It has now been 2 mths and my order is marked as in progress! How do I get to speak to someone who can deal with this? I've had to buy items elsewhere and want my money back. As it stands I have been very patient but I could not recommend this company at all plus no customer service
