Unfortunately my eye drops took a month to arrive. However, to the company’s credit they did update me about the issue and opolgised for the delay in dispatch.

I ordered on 21st March and it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Not once did I receive a message about the delay. Only response to my question asking where my order was. Very bad service

Second time serious problems

It is the second time they cannot deliver. The last order was placed 8 April. Until now not delivered nor an explanation. I sent emails, no reply. I called the phone number from their website, they do not pick up the phone. After well over 4 weeks my money was gone and still no delivery or any news from AYP. Absolutely shambles.

Placed an order on 24th Dec

Placed an order on 24th Dec, still outstanding. Whenever I contacted them, they will give out fake promises i.e. item would be received within 2 weeks / 3-4 days. Now, they just ignored my messages. Shame!

Ordered item nearly a month ago and still to receive it. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said it would arrive by the end of that week, which it didn’t. Now they are no longer replying to my emails.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Very quick to take your money but abysmally slow in delivering your order, if delivered at all. Impossible to contact by phone and Emails get automated response. By the time you get (or not) your pharmaceuticals from them, you will either have been cured or been obliged to buy the same elsewhere. Their TrustPilot review is reported to be false.

I have contacted ayp healthcare…

I have contacted ayp healthcare regarding two orders I placed in March one of which never has arrived. The second I am still awaiting delivery. I was told I never placed an order because I didn’t receive an order number but the amount has been taken out of my bank account? The contact form occasionally works! Prior to this I received several orders 3 bottles of eye drops for £26 so much cheaper than buying via the chemist. Up to this point I couldn’t fault the company? If they cannot provide the goods please refund the money.
