UPDATE : 15TH APRIL still no meds and I'm being ignored I've sent umpteen emails always get a ticket so they've received it they are just not responding and not refunding Funny chat is open 9 till 5 bit when I put my details in they went offline for a few hours ! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Will update again should I get some answers or a refund I ordered in March it's now May and still no order I've had one email when I 1st contacted them yes they had issues with getting meds asked if I wanted to wait or a refund i asked for a refund then nothing Ignoring my messages and my emails So I'm out of money and goods Don't order try one of the other companies with better reviews

DO NOT USE.

My initial order took 8 weeks to come and I had to email them multiple times to enquire where my order was, only then did they inform me that they were facing a backlog of orders. Eventually my order arrived so when in need of more medication, I used AYP again. It has now been over 9 weeks and I keep being told my order “will be shipped by the middle of next week” but I am yet to receive anything. Avoid at all costs and do not spend your hard earned money with a company clearly run by a bunch of amateurs.

This company is a joke.

This company is a joke. Order made 20 March with 2-5 day delivery. Still not received. Contacted 4 times with one muted reply stating the order will be processed. DO NOT USE!!

Communication appalling

Ordered 23rd February. Chased three times, last update 18 March. Fully expect not to receive item and lose money. Do not use. Update - after a lot of chasing I finally received a refund in August.

3 months to deliver!

I ordered what was required in January and it was approved on Jan 9. But this did not end up arriving until mid to late April. Although I chased it a few times, this appeared to do nothing even though I kept being promised it would be received within a week, but it never was. Simply poor service and I won’t be using AYP again.

It’s been a month… thieves

It’s been a month. It’s still processing. I’ve sent 2 messages and no response. I’ve asked for a refund. I see this isn’t just me. Don’t order from them!

Took too long for the product to arrive- 2 months - ordered from another company and arrived in two days / will not be using you again I’m afraid

AYP No response no order no refund

I placed an order of £50.98 on 12/01/34 Apparently the system was down. My wife ordered at the same time, again the order was not fulfilled, however in the last two weeks my wifes order was refunded. AYP never stoped advertising the product and was still available online to puchase, yet my order was not completed. I have sent evidence of the payment, more than once. They are not responding to my email.
