Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered 16/4/24 and still waiting over 2 weeks later. Eventually responded to my enquiry saying they have big delays. I asked to cancel and heard nothing back. Shocking service. DO NOT USE!!!

You could start by actually proving the product I ordered and then reply to my emails asking for a refund for a product I am pretty sure I will never receive. You have basically taken my money and given nothing. I have since had to buy the product elsewhere. I would like a refund as you have failed to supply the product.

Terrible service and communication

I ordered on 3 March with two day delivery indicated for in-stock goods. I complained that I had heard nothing on 7 March. Received an email pleading extraordinary problems (now supposedly fixed) on 13 March, with a promise of dispatch before 22 March. My later complaints were ignored until I got an email signalling dispatch on 26 April. The goods finally arrived on 29 April.

Good not received

Good not received. Order placed on 18th Feb 2024, I followed up enquiring when my order will be processed. I received an initial response, "We regret to inform you that we've encountered unforeseen technical issues due to the recent installation of a new robotic system. These issues temporarily disrupted our operations, causing delays in processing and dispatching your recent order. However, I'm pleased to inform you that our team has worked tirelessly to resolve these problems, and our systems are now fully operational. We anticipate that your order will be dispatched by or before the start of next week as we continue to work diligently to catch up with the backlog." Goods never arrived, no further emails were sent by the reatiler to advise dispatch etc. I followed up a couple more times and got no responses. They have an online chat, you get advised you're being transferred and then left hanging until you type something to which you get that no one is available. I've raised a dispute claim with my credit card provider.

Like alot of people I have been scammed by AYP…

Like alot of people I have been scammed by this company. It was to the value of just over £40 involving Nizoral hair shampoo. Advertised as delivery within 3 to 4 working days, 4 WEEKS down the line and tried serveral different ways attempting to contact AYP, I have got nowhere. Now hoping the bank can help me as it was a card payment. Please don't use this company they are just after your money. Have reported this to both the Trading Standardsand Fraud ONline

Don't waste your time or money

Placed an order on the 6th March, have chased them on 3 separate occasions and been told that they would be sending the items within a week on each occasion. I finally cancelled the order and requested a refund on the 20th April, I have heard nothing from them so have sent another email to get my money back. I will not be dealing with this company again.

Ordered 1st March2024 .... Order #AYP52347 2-5 Days deliver ... What a Joke Still waiting for product 8 Weeks later Filled contact form in again ... for delivery of product or refund. Will wait and see what happens ... I don't hold out too much hope .... RIP OFF Would have given no stars if possible.

Not impressed I made a order in march it's now April and still haven't received anything, I messaged them on there website asking if I'm not going to get my order i'd like my money but it's been ignored very very poor service never ordering from this cowboy company again.

Ordered 6th March. Company have only responded to one email citing supply issues and promising delivery in early April. Goods have still not arrived so asked for refund. Again no response to emails or messages on members page.
