Absolute rubbish service. Placed an order on 16 march and still haven’t received it on 25 April.received two emails blaming new system and staff shortage so requested a refund. Now getting no correspondence at all!

Item eventually received

Ordered on the 9th April. Item has never been received. Completed a contact form on the 19th April and received a reply to say struggled to get through a backlog of orders. Was told it would be dispatch by 26th April at the latest. I replied straight away to request a refund instead and no response. It’s now the 26th and they haven’t responded to a 3rd attempt and I still haven’t received confirmation of dispatch. Update - I finally received my order in June!! Only took 3 months to arrive but it was as ordered. Better late than never I suppose.

Time and money wasters

Time and money wasters. Simply avoid.. 3 days after purchase...Status: Processing. Unable to connect with costumer service after multiple attempts at different times within the working hours. I want my money back!

All boxes of cream were expired, poor communication from company to resolve I have had to keep chasing still waiting to hear if they are sending out replacements as I requested.

I ordered a pack of eyedrops

I ordered a pack of eyedrops, after two weeks and nothing showed up I contacted AYP, they said they had recently had new technology ‘robot’ and my order should be on the way soon, after another week and nothing I requested a refund, this also took a week. Very poor service.

4 months to deliver.

Waited 16 weeks for my item despite numerous emails. Always a different excuse for delay. Why was it not posted as out of stock on website?

DO NOT USE THS COMPANY

I placed an order on 19th March and it has still not arrived. I have contacted them several times and they just say its a delay in their system. Last week they said they would refund me but despite chasing again this has not been done. No phone number just a contact form which they rarely reply to. I am now reporting them to my credit card company. They should not be running a company at all. 26/4 I have now reported them to Trading Standards.

Order paid for but never received.

My order was sent in to AYP at the end of February and I still don’t have it. I have texted them about 5 times to ask them to send my order or return my money to my bank and I’ve still not had either. They are corrupt and I advise that you do not give them your custom.
