Very Poor Customer Services

I wouldn't both ordering from these guys they do not communicate when they have got issues. Happy to take your money but don't produce the goods. You chase and they hide behind an email saying its there new system. However I read on other views where people have had the same excuse a month earlier how long does it take to fix a new system.

Accepted my order and took the money…

Accepted my order and took the money very quickly but after a month I'm still waiting for a delivery. And they have stopped responding to my emails. Take my advice and look elsewhere for what you need.

This company has a lot of work to do.

This company has a lot of work to do. Unfortunately my experience is very similar to the other negatives received. I ordered baby wipes in bulk on Feb 28th. Was told in mid March that it would be dispatched within that week, now in April still nothing and no communication since, even after email requests for updates. Appalling customer service, regardless of a failed system, customers should be contacted and at the minimum put at ease regarding their orders.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service ordered on 19/02. Still waiting. Been told 4 different times a new date for delivery. Full of crap waste of money the company is a fraud

ordered an in stock item 1 month ago, still nothing

took over 1 month for delivery. refused to cancel order. i had to chase this order up as after 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything only to be told there was a problem at the warehouse. they were quite obviously hiding this as there was no mention of delays and they were still taking orders despite not being able to fulfill them. i asked to cancel and refund when told that there would be a delay of "a few weeks" but it was ignored. would have been fine if they were open and transparent but they chose to be deceitful instead.

Order did not arrive

Put an order in more than one month ago. When I realised after 2 weeks that it hadn’t arrived, I messaged them. They explained there had been a technical error and that my order had now been dispatched. A further 2 weeks down the line and still nothing. I messaged again, to be told that there was a processing error, and again, my order had been dispatched. Here we are, a further 8 days on and still NOTHING. I’ve messaged a few times and not even getting a response now. They have my money AND the product. Outrageous

SCAMMERS!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Placed my order on 24th March and it is now 16th April and still waiting for my items to arrive. I have contacted them twice to query where my order is and their initial response was an obvious lengthy pre-prepared statement claiming to be dealing with a backlog of orders due to failure of a robotic system. After waiting an extra week with still no sign of my order arriving despite their promises, I emailed a second time demanding a full refund and so far absolutely no response whatsoever. Update: 1st May and still no delivery, no refund, no communication. AVOID at all costs. Absolute thieves that need to be shut down. 2nd update: 12th June and still no goods or refund to date. They sent an email early hours of this morning stating another ridiculous excuse regarding delay of refund (another new system apparently)! They asked for either PayPal details or full bank details to do the refund. I would not trust this 'company' with any personal information. I do not believe, for one minute, they would actually issue the refund. They are scammers. I will try to get a charge back through my bank instead. Avoid at all costs!
