I ordered some medication but was told that there were issues resulting in a delay. After being fobbed off twice more, not meeting two dispatch dates that they gave and waiting 8 weeks, I have requested a refund. I would not trust this company again. UPDATE: They have not responded to any further emails since asking for a refund and I have had to contact my bank to process a chargeback. The poor customer service is now approaching scam levels.

Ordered in February, items have still not arrived. Received one email four weeks ago to say the goods would be delivered in the next week and they did not. At this point, and having now read the reviews here and on the other Trust Pilot site, I would class this company as thieves and also as a registered pharmacy, they are breaking the General Pharmaceutical Council standards. Have reported to them to Action Fraud - you can do the same by Googling the Action Fraud website.

Ordered painkillers weeks ago never delivered but money taken from bank account they don't reply to emails aviod this company trading standards informed.

Was able to buy a reasonable quantity of painkillers as I need 4 per day and a pack of 16 means I have to buy too frequently. The service was clear and quick with no fuss just good sound questions.

Order placed one month and has never been delivered. Attempts to contact saw the blame placed on a new ordering system but the order was never processed and requests for a refund were ignored.

Payment taken straight away but waiting nearly 2 months for item. Customer service shocking. Just avoid this place. Absolute con artists

Terrible company to do business with. Order placed on 18th March, Money debited from account on 18th March! Still no goods have arrived as of 13th April 24 Email sent on 8th April requesting to cancel and refund, as of 13th April still no response at all !!!! Dreadful experience with this company.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. This company have stolen my money not delivered what I ordered and have not replied to a single contact with me despite multiple attempts to contact them. I have lost £48.

No goods even though order was Feb 13th. Same excuse about warehouse etc. and a repeated sequence of automated messages. Requested a refund on March 27th but only received it after the intervention of Mastercard. Have reported to Trading Standards.
