Firstly, I'm very happy with the aftersales service from Jumpflex. The reason for scoring at a 4 instead of 5 is because your website doesn't allow me to locate the spare parts I have needed (twice) to purchase spare parts. I wish the www contained a greater list of spare parts instead of just optional attachments

We purchased a jumpflex and it was dispatched within a couple of days. Unfortunately the courier was a little longer than anticipated - no fault of jumpflex, as soon as I asked for an update they responded immediately and I was contacted the same day to have the trampoline delivered. Really happy with the overall service and communication.

Excellent customer service

People were lovely to deal with, however I had to follow up every email with a phonecall. Order came quickly, but still waiting on a few back order parts.

I am not one to generally leave a review however, we accidently purchased a 10ft trampoline instead of the intended 12ft trampoline 2.5 years ago the team at jumpflex was amazing and assisted us to quickly rectify our mistake. Fast forward to now and our safety net gave way from two of the poles. I emailed the team photos and our invoice number, within half hour the warranty had been processed and we are now awaiting the replacement safety net. Can not fault the amazing customer service jumpflex provides their customers. Thanks again team!
