Great. We got the 12ft trampoline for our 2yr old son and it’s been great for the whole family. Super easy to put together from instructions provided. Will definitely recommend brand. Only thing that I wasn’t happy with was one of the plastic buckles broke at the top of the net pole thought they could be made a little stronger.

Fabulous product. We got the 14ft and it’s perfect though we live on a large property so space wasn’t an issue. The trampoline is enormous and great quality. We love the slide dismount for our toddlers too. Very handy. Just adds to the fun. Glad we opted against the cover to go over the top as adults can bounce on it no worries at all. My husband took the best part of a day to put it together (a solo mission) but didn’t read the instructions re spring application prior to having a good battle in the heat with them. Once he did - it was so much easier (especially with the tool provided). Thanks jumpflex. Best investment!

Good solid trampoline

I've been very happy with my Jumpflex purchase. The online store and checkout process was very simple. The boxes arrived on a pallet about 6 days later, and assembly was quite straightforward. All the components fit together neatly and didn't require too much 'massaging' - definitely recommend doing it with at least two people though, as the frame relies on the tension of the mat to hold it all together. The outer safety net is a little bit annoying to put on, but it's just fiddly and now that it's on it's quite secure. I can foresee the stitching coming a little loose over time, but I'm talking 3+ years and for the price I can't complain (I think nets are a bit of a serviceable item anyway). The ladder is a little flimsy - fine for kids, but for adults, I don't 100% trust putting my weight on the little plastic steps. In terms of the usage quality, it's very good. No doubt in my mind about their claim on weight capacity. For the price, I'd recommend this.

The trampoline was delivered in good time. We had it constructed by a professional trampoline "whisperer." The trampoline is a good shape, is sturdy and safe.
