Absolutely love the 14ft jumpflex trampoline!!! Kids love it! Easy online order, fast delivery within the week! The structure of the trampoline is strong! Worth the money! :)

Firstly I received my trampoline within 4-5 days which was amazing. My husband was away so my sister and I assembled it, it was so very easy and it took us 1.5 hours in total for everything. Instructions were very easy to understand, tools were of good quality but perhaps in future add a second tool to lever the jump mat to your kit, I had a spare one so we both were able to work on opposite sides together which cut time down. The quality of all components are A1 on this tramp, I did a visual comparison between the kmart springs and Jump Flex springs and there is no comparison, Jump Flex were thicker, longer and made from a better and more durable material. We bought our kmart trampoline in October last year and we had to cut it up and threw it away in the June. I can see this one lasting for years to come, if not a lifetime.

I contacted Jumpflex to ask about a warranty replacement of some rusted legs and was immediately helped and within a very short time my replacement parts were on the way. Their customer service was excellent and fast.
