I ordered multiple swatches of blonde, they came next day which I was pleasantly surprised by. I chose the perfect match and placed my order for professional weft but I put in the wrong shade and didn’t realise until it arrived. I then sent the hair back for an exchange for the correct shade. I’m booked in for the weft fitted on Friday so the pressure has been on to get the hair in time. I spoke to Holly from beauty works customer service and she was amazing with me! So helpful and friendly! She has ensured that I have the correct shade in time for my appointment to have the hair fitted. So impressed with beauty works, honestly can’t praise them enough for coming to my rescue on a mistake that is completely my fault! Holly if you get to read this you saved the day! Will definitely continue to use beauty works for all my hair needs in the future, highly recommend them to everyone

Amazing customer service
My Aeris multi styler started loosing grip of the attachments around a month before my warranty ended and wouldn’t stay in with the dryer part, I got in touch with customer care and Ella was so helpful- she was so lovely I really couldn’t fault her amazing customer service! My hairdryer was reviewed and replaced in around a week and a half as it was faulty, thank you so much! Puts so much more faith into the company xx
Feel like I've been scamned
I had a problem with no delivery of the goods ordered... was told to contact them at their customercare team.and after twice trying to make me call a number to sort it out.. I shouldn't have to do that , just want refund or the order .. after telling them I wouldn't call I get no response... feel scammed

I returned some faulty tapes over two months ago and still haven’t received a refund/exchange. I’ve emailed countless times. When I first raised a query I was then asked to provide order number (which I had already provided). Then I was asked to confirm what colour they were. Then I was asked to provide proof of returning them. Then I was told it was with another team to check. Then I was told they would follow up with another team. They are seemingly making it as difficult as possible! I just want my money back or the option to swap for something different.
