Excellent customer service. Issue resolved quickly

Lauren resolved my issue within 24 hours in a timely manner. She had great customer service and responded to my emails quickly. A replacement item was sent out and Lauren even included a freebie! I would definitely recommend Beautyworks and their products.

I contacted beautyworks about an issue I had regarding my Molly Mae curler , I spoke to libby who was more than helpful and did everything she possibly could to help my situation . This puts a lot of trust in the brand for me and I will definitely order again in the future due to the excellent customer service and the fast responses I recieved I am very happy with how libby dealt with the situation . When I rang and spoke with Sophie she was very helpful and reassuring regarding the non delivery I forwarded my order, which was made via Boots and within days Ella had contacted me to say the products were on there way. I can not thank them both enough.

Product never arrived

Product never arrived. I raised this with customer service who told me I needed to wait a week and then they would resend. On the last day of the waiting period Hermes marked the parcel as delivered at 11pm. Obviously, the parcel was not delivered and no one was trying to deliver a parcel at 11pm. When I reached out to customer service to tell them this, they took a strange tone and said they would look into opening a case with the police? (I assume they thought I was lying and were trying to scare me?). Anyways they insisted I had to call their customer service team and when I said I don’t have a UK number to call from (I live in Dubai), they said there was nothing they could do. So I lost the money and my mum’s christmas present never arrived.
