I contacted customer services as my order had not arrived which transpired that the courier lost my order. I got a response in less than an hour by Lauren who was amazing & immediately sorted the issue for me by ordering a replacement order to come next day! Thank you so much for the amazing service !!

Took ages to remove one tape extention with this product - took so long that i face up & used rosemary oil instead - waste of money

After a little mishap with my delivery going missing ( not beauty works fault, couriers service was at fault ) I had a huge panic as I’d loose a big deposit on a hair appointment. I contacted them on a weekend even though they are not open, and I was very lucky to get a phone call from Ellie who was unbelievably helpful, she reassured me that she would get my missing parcel to me before my appointment was due, she did that and was delivered first thing this morning and she has been absolutely spot on with communication with me also. High quality hair. Fast delivery.

I made an order and the hair wasn’t a great match, I emailed beauty works in a panic as I need them in asap. I got a response really quickly from a girl called Sophie who has been a fantastic help & new hair is being sent out next day delivery, Il have new hair for the weekend. Incorrect hair length sent out, Ella immediately rectified this. Sent the correct hair out that day (next day delivery) and arranged for me to return the incorrect product.
