There website is great, so much choice and fantastic products and there Hair Extensions are extremely high quality. Customer services go above and beyond to make sure your experience is faultless. I spoke with Ella H after my multi styler broke, I sent it back for testing and they agreed there was a fault and replaced it for me. Thanks Ella H for helping me get this problem sorted so quickly and for being so lovely 💖

The BEST customer service - girls really seem to care.

The customer service experience at Beauty Works is incredible, particularly Ella H and then Bella M, who found my ideal colour, after SO many attempts. Ella and especially Bella M are a real credit to Beauty Works!

Ordered some new clips on and with my…

Ordered some new clips on and with my order was given some argan oil as part of it and when it arrived the parcel smelt amazing!! Wasn’t concerned straight away… opened the bag and to find it was the Argan oil which smelt insane…. That has split and gone all over my order making it all slippery and not pleasant to handle. Luckily the extensions are wrapped so they aren’t damaged but the oil has to go in the bin and the packaging also. Not sure if it’s from the delivery firm handling it rough but that’s my experience Update- Been in touch with Lucy from customer services and she has been fantastic and sorted the issue which as previously mentioned wasn’t even beautyworks fault that I know of. Thank you so much for all for help

Great customer care

I bought the aeris multi styler for my daughter for Christmas and unfortunately was quite disappointed with it. I was contacted by Lucy from customer care who was very helpful and was able to come to a conclusion.

Happy Fringe

I'm very happy with the clip on fringe I have purchased, Libby who helped me with the colour choice and answered all of my questions was first class now looking forward to my hairdresser shaping and cutting it.

Fantastic customer service with Holly

Daughter opened the deluxe pro styler as a birthday gift and we noticed one of the sprays had leaked and emptied in the box. I contacted customer services and got through to Holly and she was very quick in her responses and we have a replacement product on its way today. Would absolutely recommend
