I found it very unacceptable that you can’t return a product even after using it for a day
I found it very unacceptable that the returns policy on your electrical items for hygiene reasons you can not send back which is a load of rubbish you purchase something u need to test it out and then if it’s no good you should be able to send it back not spend £220 on a product and then it not to be powerful enough to be told that you can’t send it back. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never heard anything like it in my life, you can buy an hairstyling tool from any other company in the world and they let you return it but he doesn’t accept it I would never buy from this place again as now I’ve got a product that I got my daughter for Christmas sat in her room that she will not use again.

A pain free Christmas order! Thank you Beauty Works! I ordered hair straighteners in the pre Christmas sale, for my daughter. They are perfect, in a lovely, soft, faux leather pouch and including a matching hair brush. Even the box was lovely. Speedy delivery too.
