I was extremely looking forward to get…

I was extremely looking forward to get my parcel.Especialy when i saw you do have an option for a speed delivery.I placed my last minute order and happily paid £28 huge amount,but very unfortunately my parcel arrived neither before 1pm on Sat neither Sunday or Monday.I only got it on Tuesday. No help with my request about a rip off money for delivery service offered,very cross and very dissapointed.By the way to return my parcel back i have to pay another £7 ,Just Merry Christmas everyone and be careful with surprises behind a great and speedy delivery,and very expensive.

I absolutely loved my hair extensions!

I absolutely loved my hair extensions, they made me feel so special on my wedding day! I got so many compliments and wouldn't hesitate to buy some again for a special occasion. I ordered them three weeks before my wedding and with nearly a week to go, I hadn't heard anything and was getting worried they wouldn't turn up in time for the wedding. I contacted Beauty Works via their WhatsApp help page and I can't fault the customer service from Ella. She was quick at responding and ordered a new set of extensions for me, as the original ones I'd ordered had gotten stuck somehow along with dispatch! I am so so grateful to Ella as without her quick assistance I wouldn't have had extensions for my wedding! I felt so beautiful on my special day and a large part of this was due to the extensions. Thanks a million, Ella!

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing, I have no words on how good this brand is. Had an issue with my current AERIS Multi-Styler and contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent me a brand new one with no cost at all. Will always be repurchasing from this this brand!!

I filled the form on the website and got a reply straight away, Ellie went above and beyond to help me and fixed my problem very quickly keeping me up to date on the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

I have always had a great experience with beauty works as order through them weekly! so when Evri lost my order i was shocked but Joe from customer services cos on the case quickly and a new ordered had arrived the next day with no problem! thanks very much joe!
