This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I made my order 2 weeks ago and it has never arrived. Not once has someone tried to help me I have actively had to follow this missing parcel up myself with 2 couriers. I ordered these products for my wedding in November and there has been no reassurance that they will arrive before then or check ups to let me know what is happening. So extremely disappointed

This is my fourth set of beautyworks hair extentions and i can honestly say the quality of the hair is fantastic. This is truly the most luxurious brand i have ever used. After years of wearing hair extentions i am so happy to have found a brand that i have absolutely no issues with.
