Two weeks ago I ordered clothes from Oqium for the very first time. Unfortunately the expected quality of some products did not meet my expectations. When I checked the packaging, there was no return label included. Neither was there any chance to request a return label on their website. For over a week now I have been trying to reach customer care, in order to clarify the returning of products and refund. So far I have not received any feedback, nor any support at all. It's just hilarious how little Oqium cares about their customers and does not comply to their return policy stated on their website at all. It just feels like being scammed, literally...

Missing item on my order and didn’t respond to my emails to investigate or send the item. Had to contact the credit card company to get the money back. Poor customer service.
