Buying a house was hard work and lots to make sense of. All the teams that I spoke to were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. By the time we got to completion (delays due to covid & supplies) it was completed first thing in the morning!

You can’t expect someone to work in Boots for 10 years and then suddenly function in their capacity as a solicitor. Unqualified staff and unresponsive Senior Management. Stay away!

I echo the comments of Charlotte below. The sale of my property has been delayed by the extremely poor communication skills of Leah and Lyn who are dealing with my sale. I’ve rang numerous times and my calls have not once been answered or returned. Email responses are very slow and their ability to communicate with other parties has to be project managed by myself which has resulted in the sale taking much longer than is necessary. A completion date should’ve been arranged by now and if not an update on why it has yet to be agreed is required. The stress of this is not what is needed with a heavily pregnant partner and a full time job.

The wells branch - Absolutely amazing from start to finish, very efficient and professional! Replied to all my queries very quickly and made it very easy for us. I’d definitely use Direction Law again in the future!
