Amy Dodd and Sophie Ambrosini were my main points of contact for Direction Law and were exceptionally responsive (Same day in most emails). Oliver, Georgie and Tanya were also exceptionally helpful and speedy at all points of contact. It was a swift and pleasurable experience along side the patience they maintained.

Our experience experience with Direction Law was a complete nightmare. They almost left us homeless once (completely their fault and lack of expertise and empathy) and we were on the verge of being homeless two more times if we didn't constantly chase them. There were many times we were waiting for an answer for more than a week. On top of that there was not a single person overseeing the whole thing so there were many times we felt completely abandoned. It never felt they were giving us a service but like they were doing a favor they weren't willing to do. [UPDATE 14/10/2022] the morning after the review got published, my solicitor called me... for the first time ever. Trying to explain, justify the unjustifiable. Since I was busy, we agreed on him calling me again today at 4pm. It's 4:30pm and he hasn't called or even drop an email excusing himself for his absence. Needless to say, I'm not surprised in the least.
