I didnt want to have to do this but poor customer service, lack of communication and more recently lack of urgency to sort an enquiry from my buyer’s solicitor that wasn't actioned by the previous person assigned to my case which is delaying the sale and having knock on effect on the property I am purchasing which I could now lose all because of this delay.,.. Updated review you are not keeping me updated I am having constantly chase which is incredibly stressful to deal with as I work full time

Direction Law has been helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process. Although sometimes it took them a while to give us updates in between but they eventually did. Also, I just got a bit confused at first as was given specific name as my case worker but was changed later and also was given at the beginning a secret password to use un every transaction for confidentiality but was never asked when doing correspondence. Sometimes its difficult to get hold of them when you have a query. There are times that i feel confuse and unsure of what was happening and couldnt get an update. But it all work out well in the end.

The quality of service I received from Jessica Wareham, was first class. To explain, I had a Help to Buy ISA, however as the full value of my shared ownership property was more than £250k, I believed I was not eligible for the government bonus and everything I researched online backed up this belief. However Jessica informed me there was a different way to calculate this using 'net present value' and I got my £2k bonus! I honestly believe if I hadn't of had a shared ownership specialist in Jessica, I would never have got my bonus and would have been none the wiser, so I am immensely grateful to her!

I'd like to start by thanking Mariah Arshad for all her hard work. I have been an inpatient client however Mariah as responded in a professional manner throughout. On occasions I did have to chase emails however I didn't quite understand the case load involved in other cases. The company have been a good point of contact. And manged to complete things for me on a deadline. Highly recommended.
