Great experience, would recommend. Some issues concerning receipt of government LISA bonus that needed ironing out ourselves, however all in all a prompt, professional and positive experience.

They got my name Joshua confused with another Joshua even though my surname is pretty unique. I’m sure there was some sort of data breach somewhere because of this and this mismanagement lead to the delay of me moving by almost 3 months, causing me financial and emotional stress. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very good service overall and I would use Direction Law again. The only thing I found slightly frustrating was when I asked for clarification on a couple of emails, the same phrasing would just be repeated and I didn’t really get an answer! They got everything done though and we were able to complete on time. Much appreciated.

The service was fairly low and responsive to email was delayed.

Was advised to instruct this firm based on their knowledge of buying property under shared ownership. The whole process took 5 months which I was happy with. I was assigned a case handler at each relevant stage and notified accordingly. Queries were always answered within a few days. The only issue I had was my completion date being pushed back a week due to the firm not receiving a signed document myself; I feel this could have been prevented if the file was checked when documents were received, instead of being checked 2 days before the initial completion date. Overall I am happy with the service and would definitely consider using this firm again in the future.
