If only I could give no star this score would be perfect,terrible service... a year later still have to deal with them to ask to push our land registry application forward... wish we never chosen direction law..would have saved lots of energy..

I found them very helpful and they kept us informed all through the buying process. It was never to much trouble for them to explain things when we needed it.

I began my buying process in July 2021. I appointed Direction Law in August and 7 months later, I still have not received my exchange or completion date. They are a nightmare to get hold of and I've never actually spoken to the solicitor. If I leave a voicemail for the solicitor, her assistant will call back (a week later) with absolutely no information. If I ask a question, she simply has no idea! I have been pushing for a date and they are unable to give me anything. They tell me they are chasing things but nothing has moved in 4 months. I am grateful that I am a first time buyer as I certainly would have lost my buyers if I was selling a home. Direction Law was recommended to me by the housing association which was why I confidently chose them. Never again. Please avoid at all costs.

Dealing with this law firm was traumatic and made a very daunting experience a total nightmare. They calculated the payments incorrectly adding an extra "0", almost giving me a heart attack when I saw my monthly repayments. Totally incompetent, time wasting and a liability.

Direction Law have shown a level of incompetence that I have never seen before. Please for your own sanity and anxiety- do not use them. Their communication is appalling. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I have the buyer, housing association, agents and solicitors chasing them and they still have not exchanged the contracts. I will be writing to the legal ombudsman regarding their lack of professionalism and the constant delays which has led me to almost losing my purchase.

Annika Hanif was so helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Very professional yet human at the same time, very understanding of the urgency of my situation I was in at times. Everyone involved appeared helpful and efficient.

Only got good things to say about Direction Law. Really professional, polite and always there when you need them. Above all reasonable fees.

The process felt really easy, all my questions (even the stupid ones!) were answered in a timely manner and I felt very support throughout the whole process.
