Made an online purchase recently Website is reasonably easy to navigate, Althoigh for a beginner I would have liked more information with the products not just the manufacturers blurb, but input from Rother Valley as well. Notwithstanding that minor niggle, the portal and purchase experience was quick and easy. The updates from Rother Valley on package status were efficient and the item arrived intact in good time. Excellent service and prompt communication from RVO. Had a fault on a power tank i bought, and went over and beyond to make sure i had a replacement ASAP! I've ordered my auto focuser from them since and will continue to use them for future purchases.
