I had emailed the company previously to ask for recommendations for my son, they replied quite quickly and suggested a couple to choose from along with any accessories. Customer service was great, can't fault them. The telescope was easy to set up, I haven't sorted the red dot or calibrated the telescope yet as doing that when my son gets it, it's a Christmas present, wouldn't be able to do it without him noticing. Would highly recommend this company and will probably be back looking for any other accessories.
